Camera-based exercise repetition counter
An exercise app that counts repetitions only when a sufficiently complete movement is detected. I implemented the logic that turns joint angles into repetitions and calibrates movement ranges for each user.

Turning recognition into a repetition
The counter tracks movement from the starting pose through the deepest point and back. Different entry and return thresholds prevent small fluctuations from counting twice; incomplete or unobservable poses require preparation again.
Calibrating individual movement ranges
The first movement provides joint-angle samples for an individual threshold. I bounded the observation range and minimum threshold so small movements would not set an overly permissive baseline.
On-device recognition and record backup
My Flutter plugin processes video and pose recognition on the device. The app supports Count, Hold and AMRAP modes, and users who start anonymously can link an account to back up exercise records.
