Daily-services super app for partners
A work app for reviewing customer requests and proposing terms. I moved its separately maintained code into a monorepo with the customer app and established shared features and development conventions.

Offers and negotiations
Partners review customer requirements, make offers and continue negotiations. Registration and information-entry flows differ by service area because each requires different information.
Consolidating duplicated structures
I extracted screens, data handling and API logic that existed in both apps into shared packages. Each app retains its own entry point while sharing the design system, accounts and service features.
Shared development conventions
I coordinated API specifications with the backend team and documented branching, coding and package conventions so colleagues could develop features within the same structure.
