A service for buying and opening cards, keeping or gifting them and requesting physical delivery. I designed the app and web foundations and integrations so colleagues could lead product-feature implementation.

Separating foundations from feature ownership
I led frontend work through app and web architecture, shared code and external integrations. Colleagues led screens and product features. My independently developed admin frontend is documented as a separate project.
App structure and integration timing
The Flutter monorepo separates app assembly, shared foundations, the design system and feature packages. I wrapped external SDKs in adapters and aligned login, token renewal, notifications and deep links with the app lifecycle.
Web execution and shared policies
I separated server-side and browser-side execution in the responsive web app and established shared network, session and routing policies for individual features.
