Camera-based stargazing app
An observation app that overlays celestial positions on the camera view. I implemented coordinate calculations, alignment with device orientation and astronomical-event notifications.

Calculating positions from time and location
Dart calculations use observation time and location to find celestial coordinates, including lunar parallax and atmospheric-refraction corrections.
Aligning the screen with the sky
I linked orientation and location sensors to celestial coordinates and added calibration for misalignment. Calculated meteor-shower and eclipse times feed on-device notifications.
Offline calculation and online information
Core calculations run on the device. Only supporting features such as weather and ISS information require a connection. An observation journal supports photo attachments.
