Customer and partner apps for daily services

A daily-services super app connecting customer requests with partner offers. I moved two separately developed apps into a monorepo and established a structure that shares common features while separating service-specific work.

Apps for two kinds of users

Customers post needs and compare offers; partners respond and negotiate. The apps have different roles but share accounts, interface elements and several service features.

From separate codebases to shared foundations

I proposed and led the restructuring of screens, data and API logic duplicated across the apps. Both apps now sit in one monorepo, with the design system and common features in shared packages.

Extending services with colleagues

Service features are separate modules, including a mobile-phone feature added on this foundation. I used Pub Workspace, Melos and FVM and documented branching and change conventions for the team.

Architecture

Shared Code for User and Partner Apps. A code-sharing structure where the user app and partner app share a common foundation, while service-specific features are managed in separate areas.
